Answer:1. Contact primary physician or home health care provider if home care such as hospice is being rendered.

2. Personally contact our funeral home regardless of time of day. Our answering service will take the initial call after business hours. These professionals are given specific instructions to obtain certain information at this time. A director will contact you within 15 minutes.
